One thing I forgot to mention is a short sleeve t-shirt layered over a long sleeved one, especially if the long shirt is a cotton waffle style thermal shirt. I started wearing those back in about 9th grade, and always looked for opportunities to get them wet. Those layered shirts are still my most common combination during the winter. I have always tended to wear clothes I would love to get wet in, even when I know I’m not going to.
