I can't believe that some people think its the right thing to do, to hurtle into floodwater at top speed. Most of those vehicles would probably have got through OK if they had taken it slowly and carefully. Also, they don't know what's under the water. Could be a roadworks trench for all they know.
That said, I'd love to be there in my Adidas trackies and black puffer jacket. Be great fun to get drenched as the cars went through. Might even jump in and help push a few out.
