The show Elite (another Spanish language but dubbed in English) has several good wet scenes in season 1. Guzman, one of the main characters, ends up in the pool with his clothes on 3-4 times at least in season 1, and there are some short offshoots of that show (10 minute clips I think) that also have him diving in after someone. If I recall more, I'll post.
