I have a strong tendency to "hide in my shell" and wait for things to get better - which can sometimes take a very long time. Sometimes I long to do things which aren't currently feasible, but I do sometimes need to go out and do something, even if it's only going to a pub where I might meet someone I know (and might not worry if I don't).
Anyway, I've had my flu jab, just had my Covid booster, and I still have a stock of facemasks needed again for bus journeys and shopping. I think I can cope.
I need to get wet more often, though. Just not in a wintry storm!
